E2B Initiative launches funding calls

E2B held an information day in Brussels on Monday 13th July which was attended by over 700 people from accademics and Industry Europe wide.

The E2B draft Multi-Annual Roadmap was presented and calls for funding were announced:

New nanotechnology-based high performance insulation systems for energy efficiency

New technologies for energy-efficiency at district level

ICT for energy efficient buildings and spaces of public use

Compatible solutions for improving the energy efficiency of historic buildings in urban areas

Demonstration of Energy Efficiency through retrofitting of buildings

These calls will close in November 2009.
